In his capacity as a public and ministerial officer, is an associate notary of Cellard Notaries & Associés composed of two notary offices in Saint-Mandé and in Paris with around fifty employees.
He assists his clients in all aspects of notaries, in particular real estate law and family law. He is a graduate of the Institute of Business Administration (IAE) of the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne as well as from the National School of Magistracy (ENM). Before becoming a notary, Maître CELLARD worked as a Magistrate.
