A tax lawyer, François Cellard mainly assists business managers and investors in the structuring and optimization of their personal and professional assets. He is involved in sales, asset transfers, transfers, transfers, asset reorganization and governance transactions.
His career in notary offices and leading law firms has allowed him to develop a transversal approach, at the crossroads of tax law, property law and company law. He works in close coordination with the structure's notaries in order to legally and fiscally secure complex transactions.
He is a graduate of the Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, the Grande École Program at EM Lyon Business School and the Master 223 in Professional Heritage Law from the University of Paris-Dauphine.
